How Much Will The Shipping Cost?

What manner of shipping do you use?

We use Blue-Ex for local orders. We provide free shipping on orders above PKR.50,000/-within Pakistan. 

Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email and a confirmation SMS. Upon confirming your order via a confirmation call by our customer care representative, your order will be confirmed and hence processed. After the order is confirmed, customers can expect their order to be delivered to them within 5-7 working days via Blue-Ex. Please note that we only provide cash on delivery.

What is the delivery time?

Domestic order delivery can take between 5-7 working days. Orders are processed within 24 hours. Timely delivery is subject to the availability of stocks.

How many times will the courier agent attempt to deliver my order in case I am unavailable to receive it?

Our delivery agents make two attempts to deliver a parcel. Kindly ensure that the address, country, and area code while placing an order are accurate. 

The item(s) will be returned to us after the second failed attempt.

How do I check the delivery status?

On dispatch, you will be provided a Tracking ID for your order through SMS. The SMS sent will be from the courier company delivering your order. 

You can visit our website and enter the tracking code in the space given and you will be directed to the status of your parcel.
